About Me

I’m a Seattle-based photographer shooting in the photojournalist and traditional molds, but do prefer the photojournalist approach. I’ve always been a bit of a social butterfly, so it was only natural I had an affinity towards formal and informal portraiture work.   I love capturing the little moments on how people interact with the world around them when it seems as though no one is watching.

I have always had the passion to capture memories and the most logical medium for me was photography.  I was the one always taking pictures with my friends and family growing up, but it was nothing more than a disposable camera and then eventually the point and shoot digital cameras.  It wasn’t until the summer of 2007 during grad school that I’ve picked up my first SLR camera and really pursued my passion.  I haven’t looked back since.
